Job Title: Frontier/Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Remote job

Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Job Timing: 7pm to 5am

Job Summary:


The Frontier/CSR is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities:


Greet customers and respond to inquiries via phone.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers.

Meet performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.



Required Skills & Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Atleast 3 to 4 months experience in csr in call center. who have basic knowledge about vicidialer

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.


Requirements:

Laptop or PC

Good internet connection or headphones.
