Designation: Customer Care Executive (Premium)-Lahore
Salary: 45k + incentive
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes
Requirements:
Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation
• Excellent & Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 Year Experience of English Call center
