Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced female Customer Relationship Officer to join our team to manage daily contact and updates with the already registered clients.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving queries regarding projects and providing suitable feedback.
• Coordinating with the site engineer and regularly sending site progress updates to the clients.
• Coordinating with banks for updates on the receipts sent by the clients.
• Managing to issue and send the software generated receipts to the respective clients.
• Maintaining an updated status of the clients.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Spreadsheets and Word Processing skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
