Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of incoming calls • Generate and convert sales leads • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through clear communication • Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools • Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas • Resolve customer complaints effectively and follow up to ensure full resolution • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process documentation • Follow communication protocols, policies, and guidelines • Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide an excellent experience
Requirements
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-6 months of customer service experience • Strong communication skills, especially in English (verbal and written) • Excellent phone handling skills with active listening • Ability to adapt to different customer types and respond professionally • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory) • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities • Must be available for night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) • Male candidates only for this role
