Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls/emails to provide customers with product information, answer queries, and offer recommendations.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, including product offerings, promotions, and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and find effective solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and continuous communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales role or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
