Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Karachi office. This is a permanent, in-house position for Karachi residents only.

Candidates with e-commerce experience and knowledge of photography or filmmaking equipment will have a strong advantage and great potential for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order confirmation and coordination
• Handling support tickets and customer calls
• Tracking orders with courier companies
• Managing customer feedback
• Sharing dispatch details with customers
• Handling inbound customer inquiries
