2. Assist customers in placing orders and resolving complaints

4. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, production) to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Maintain proper documentation and updates of customer interactions

Requirements

Location: Korangi, Karachi (or willing to commute)

Gender: Female

Experience: Minimum 1 year of CSR experience in fashion or retail industry

Communication: Proficient in English and Urdu

Must be a pro at handling WhatsApp & DMs

Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal skills
