Location: F7, Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree Required)
Experience: Fresh candidates may apply, but preference will be given to those with experience in financial services
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Service Agents:
Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
✔ Tele Sales Executives:
Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote products/services.
Achieve sales targets through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English).
Graduation is mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or financial services preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
