Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services.
- Build rapport with customers, provide product information, and handle objections professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to strategize and improve sales techniques.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have experience of at least six months in a call center or,
- Have a BS(4years) degree
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Highly motivated and energetic individual
- Ability to achieve specific targets within the given time
