Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support through live chat channels. As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You will communicate primarily via chat, so excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.

• Address customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and offering suitable solutions.

• Follow up on escalated customer concerns or requests.

• Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide knowledgeable support.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

• Graduated; higher education preferred.

• Proven customer service experience,

• Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.

• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

• Basic technical skills (experience with chat support platforms a plus).

• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Familiarity with chat software.
