Customer Support Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Sales Representative in our call center, you will be responsible for closing sales calls.

Requirements:

• Min Experience of 1-2 years in the US based call center.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell products or services to new and existing customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Able to work in night shift (with USA timings) 7pm-4am
