Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent specializing in Live Demos and Platform User Training, you will be the face of Digitaiz for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct live product demonstrations, provide user training, and offer ongoing support to ensure our clients maximize the value of our platform.

- Live Product Demonstrations: Showcase platform features and capabilities to potential clients in live demo sessions, tailored to their specific needs.
- User Training: Lead interactive training sessions to help users understand and utilize the platform effectively.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and training resources to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve escalated client issues in a timely manner.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and positive communication with clients, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Support, with a focus on live demos and user training.
- Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Proven experience in conducting live product demonstrations and interactive training sessions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Remote Work Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video conferencing and remote work.
- Time Zone Availability: Comfortable working between 8 AM - 6 PM (Pacific Time, USA).
