Develop and execute sales strategies for local trade channels (Metro, Carrefour,
Imtiaz, Al-Fateh, etc.)
● Build relationships with rice wholesalers, superstores, distributors, and retailers
● Manage listing, pricing, product placement, and promotions within retail chains
● Lead negotiations for bulk orders, trade discounts, and shelf space
● Monitor sales performance and collect market feedback to improve distribution
● Supervise and train a field sales team and ensure territory targets are met
● Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts team for order fulfillment
● Identify new areas and cities for market expansion
Willing to travel across cities to meet customers and manage market operations
● Basic knowledge of packaging types, pricing, and product branding
