We are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and developing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and powering the backend of innovative products involving AI, automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows.
Work with large-scale databases and optimize systems for high performance and low latency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability across systems.
Implement and maintain best practices for data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
Support AI-driven and real-time data systems as part of cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a data engineering or similar backend role.
Strong command of Python and experience with data libraries such as Pandas or Polars.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or columnar databases like ClickHouse.
Solid understanding of data architecture, database design, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines or real-time data systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
