Deputy Manager Dyeing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Dyeing to oversee and optimize our dyeing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality fabric dyeing, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining consistent color matching and driving continuous improvement within the dyeing department.

As Deputy Manager Dyeing, you will be responsible for planning daily dyeing activities, ensuring accurate machine loading and recipe execution, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also contribute to process optimization, quality control, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role requires a strong understanding of dyeing processes, color matching, and quality control procedures.

• Plan and manage daily dyeing activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure accurate machine loading, recipe execution, and consistent shade matching.
• Monitor batch performance, resolve shade variations, and conduct RCA/CAPA.
• Implement lean practices and process standardization to reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to RSL/MRSL/ZDHC standards and maintain SOPs.
• Support R&D/PD developments and evaluate new products.
