Job Description:

We are looking for a DM Vigilance to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in the military (retired army personnel) or those with strong administrative experience. As the DM Vigilance, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Oversee security and compliance measures within the organization.
Investigate and report incidents or irregularities.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure proper adherence to protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with relevant departments for operational efficiency and risk management.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation on vigilance activities.
Act as a point of contact for any security-related or compliance concerns.

Requirements:

For Retired Army/Navy Personnel:

Discharge from the army with experience in security, vigilance, or related operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

For Administrative Professionals:

Proven experience in administration, management, or compliance roles.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of security protocols and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and coordination.
