Job Description:
We are looking for a DM Vigilance to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in the military (retired army personnel) or those with strong administrative experience. As the DM Vigilance, you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee security and compliance measures within the organization.
- Investigate and report incidents or irregularities.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure proper adherence to protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments for operational efficiency and risk management.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation on vigilance activities.
- Act as a point of contact for any security-related or compliance concerns.
Requirements:
For Retired Army/Navy Personnel:
- Discharge from the army with experience in security, vigilance, or related operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
For Administrative Professionals:
- Proven experience in administration, management, or compliance roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of security protocols and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and coordination.
