About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Preferred:

Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and schedule daily posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics
Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically and through paid campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media with overall branding and goals
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
