We are a US-based digital agency building a remote team of talented freelancers in Pakistan.

We’re looking for a Social Media Organic Expert / Manager who specializes in one platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube).

What we’re looking for:

Proven expertise in organic growth strategies—no paid ads.
Ability to build and grow our social media presence from the ground up.
Skills to drive traffic organically and attract the right audience.
Experience in generating qualified leads through organic methods.
Strong knowledge of how to make content go viral organically using creative techniques and platform best practices.
Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and audience behavior on the chosen platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for B2B clients
Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
Build and manage lead pipelines using automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
Understand target markets and craft personalized outreach strategies
Report weekly metrics and performance of campaigns
Communicate clearly with international clients and team members
Collaborate with internal team for client projects and outreach campaigns
