Read Solar Group is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager (Lead) who can take ownership of marketing strategies, lead a team, and drive brand growth. If you are passionate about digital marketing, team leadership, and performance-driven campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage and lead the marketing team, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
• Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing)
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Oversee content creation, branding, and social media presence
• Identify new market trends and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing (Leadership role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & Analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
