DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Regularly post creative videos, reels, stories, graphics, and promotional content.
• Support the Head of Department in executing SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) via tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with Graphic designers, videographer, and writers to ensure high-quality output.
• Assist in the production of reels, podcasts, drone shots, and event coverage.
• Ensure timely content around real estate projects, site updates, and customer engagement.
• Manage website updates, content uploads, and performance with the IT team.
• Coordinate digital lead generation and share data with CRM and Sales teams.
• Maintain a structured content library and manage digital assets.
• Ensure smooth implementation of social media calendars and campaign timelines.
• Provide weekly reports to the department head.

Requirements:

• BS Digital Media & Communication (Min), or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital media and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and digital tools.
• Creative thinker with excellent coordination and communication skills.
