Educational Counsellor (Sweden/Germany)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate in any discipline).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in study abroad counselling (preferably Sweden/Germany).
• Strong knowledge of admission requirements, visa procedures, and academic pathways in Sweden and Germany.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle students’ cases independently from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online application portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and guidance to students interested in studying in Sweden and Germany.
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and programs based on their academic background and career goals.
• Handle the complete application process including documentation, admissions, and visa processing.
• Stay updated with admission policies, scholarship opportunities, and immigration laws of Sweden and Germany.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and sessions to promote study abroad opportunities.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Prepare and maintain student records and provide timely follow-up on applications.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly student enrolment targets.
