EHS Marshal [Job ID: 195258]

EHS Marshal Job is available in Kasur, Punjab for a newly Biscuit Plant company. An ideal candidate should have a Diploma in EHS along with 2 years of relevant experience in environmental, health and safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for maintaining and upholding Safety protocols, preventing accidents, responding effectively to natural hazards and emergencies.

Responsibilities:

·       Conducting Safety Audits

·        Investigating accidents

·        Developing safety programs

·        Training employees on safety procedures

·        Enforcing safety regulations

·        Monitoring compliance with safety standards

·        Conduct regular inspections and testing of firefighting systems to ensure readiness.

·        Review machine guarding assessments and identify areas for improvement.

·        Monitor machine operation and ensure all safety guards are in place and functioning properly.

·        Incident Investigations and root cause analysis of events to minimize the losses.

·        Conduct safety orientation for new employees and training programs for existing employees to promote EHS awareness.

·        Enforce safe work practices through observation and intervention, with a focus on identifying and changing at-risk behaviors.

·        Manage routine daily tasks, review shift logs, and take appropriate actions.

·        Conduct risk assessments for critical jobs and provide briefings to employees.

·        Identify and control unsafe conditions and practices on company premises.
