Electrical Supervisor

📍 Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore

🏭 Industry: Manufacturing (Colour Masterbatch)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

🕒 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

💰 Salary: PKR 75,000 (All Inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Perform fault detection in production machinery and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, motor control systems, and VFDs (Motor Inverters).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, maintain maintenance records, and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or above (Diploma in Electrical Technology preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, electrical panels, VFDs, and fault troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
