Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
- Prioritize and manage multiple activities to ensure efficient time management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Ensure all necessary materials and documents are prepared and available for meetings.
- Organize and manage travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
