Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple activities to ensure efficient time management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and documents are prepared and available for meetings.
  • Organize and manage travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Ensure all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
