Position: Executive Development Manager / Sales Executive

📍 Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 + Commission per month

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Present suitable insurance solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in client dealing and sales conversations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Sales, marketing, insurance, or business development experience is preferred.
