Description
We are looking for a highly organized and professional executive secretary to provide administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and databases.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and meetings.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
