Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional executive secretary to provide administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
