Export Sales Executive (Remote / Work From Home)

AK Himalayan Salt Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international buyers, generating qualified leads, building business relationships, and assisting in securing export orders for our Himalayan Pink Salt products.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation and business development, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify international importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers of Himalayan Pink Salt products.
• Generate and maintain a database of potential buyers and business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, trade portals, and other professional channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture relationships with potential buyers.
• Present company products and services professionally to international clients.
• Coordinate with management regarding customer inquiries, quotations, and order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities.
• Submit weekly performance reports and buyer database updates.
• Assist in achieving company sales and export growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in International Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Export Marketing.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent professional email writing and correspondence skills.
• Ability to search and identify buyers using Google, LinkedIn, trade directories, and B2B platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

Performance Targets

• Minimum 100 new buyer contacts per week.
• Minimum 20 qualified leads per week.
• Weekly performance report submission.
• Consistent follow-up with prospective customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from PKR 25,000-40,000 per month.
• Commission: PKR 10,000 on each confirmed order generated through the employee's efforts.
