Facebook Monetization Specialist [Job ID: 1186115908]

We are looking for a skilled and results driven Facebook Monetization Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow revenue streams through Facebook’s monetization tools, including in stream ads, fan subscriptions, branded content, and more. You will play a key role in ensuring the page(s) remain compliant, eligible, and continuously profitable.

1. Set up and manage Facebook Monetization tools (In-Stream Ads, Stars, Subscriptions, etc.)
2. Ensure Facebook Pages meet all eligibility criteria for monetization
3. Monitor performance analytics, audience engagement, and revenue reports
4. Collaborate with content creators to plan monetizable video content
5. Stay updated on Facebook policies, monetization rules, and algorithm changes
6. Troubleshoot and resolve monetization related issues with Facebook Support
7. Optimize content strategy to maximize earnings and retention

1. Proven experience managing Facebook Pages with monetization enabled
2. Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and Ad Breaks
3. Familiarity with Facebook’s Monetization Policies and Partner Guidelines
4. Analytical mindset and ability to read and interpret insights
5. Good communication and content coordination skills
6. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
