About the Role:

A well-known clothing brand is hiring a Head Fashion Designer to join our team. The focus will be on designing and managing collections for formal, semi-formal, and festive wear. This role is ideal for someone creative, experienced, and visionary, who can guide a team, bring fresh ideas, and help shape the overall look of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end design process for formal, semi-formal, and festive dresses

Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand vision and market trends

Review and approve design concepts, sketches, and final samples

Collaborate with production, marketing, and merchandising teams

Ensure consistency in design, quality, and brand aesthetics

Stay updated with global fashion trends and consumer preferences

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Master’s preferred)

3–5 years of professional experience in fashion design

Proven experience leading a design team

Strong portfolio showcasing formal, semi-formal, and festive dress designs

Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills

Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
