Responsibilities:

(Sale Agents)

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the trucking and logistics industry.
Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure successful transactions.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Provide clients with accurate quotes and transport options.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote company services and products.

(Dispatchers)

Assign routes and jobs to drivers based on load availability, customer requirements, and driver qualifications.
Plan efficient routes for drivers to minimize fuel costs, travel time, and delays, while ensuring timely delivery.
Track shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival and resolve any delays or issues with drivers or customers.
Act as the point of contact for clients and provide updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
Ensure all drivers adhere to state and federal regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS), safety standards, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
Address issues such as delays, breakdowns, or unexpected situations by finding quick and effective solutions.
Work with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are in good condition and schedule regular maintenance checks.
Provide excellent service to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with deliveries.
