Job Description:

We are looking for a female call operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to handle client calls, provide service information, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
• Provide detailed information about our services (home shifting, office relocation, packing, etc.)
• Maintain a professional and polite tone during all conversations
• Record and manage customer details and inquiries
• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain call logs and daily reports

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good communication skills in Urdu (Basic English is a plus)
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly behavior
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Previous experience as a call operator or in customer service is preferred
• Punctual, honest, and hardworking
