Female Customer Sales Representative

Smart Innovations Pvt Ltd is a leading home automation company dedicated to transforming houses into smart homes. We provide state-of-the-art solutions that enhance the convenience, security, and energy efficiency of residential properties. Our product range includes smart lighting, climate control systems, security cameras, automated blinds, and more. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Location near Giga Mall, T. Chowk, Islamabad, Office hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person meetings) to introduce and promote our products.
2. Develop a deep understanding of our home automation products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
3. Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet those needs.
4. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly calling targets set by the Floor Manager.
6. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales strategies.
