We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be discreet, adaptable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with personal errands. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, along with a professional demeanor and a willingness to be open-minded.

Manage and organize executive's schedule and appointments.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
