Job Title: Receptionist cum Customer Care Representative
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Maintain a visitor log and record customer inquiries.
- Customer Interaction & Lead Generation:
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Sri Lankan spices, tea, and cinnamon oil.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Post daily updates, promotions, and advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with trade groups and directories to expand business reach.
- Assist in running paid promotions and boosting ads when required.
- Database & Record Management:
- Maintain a logbook of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.
- Keep records of leads and follow-up schedules.
- Update customer databases and trade directory listings.
- Advertising & Business Promotion:
- Research and identify new trade groups and business networks.
- Support online and offline advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
Requirements
Selection Criteria:
✅ Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred).
✅ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or social media marketing.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with business directories and trade groups is a plus.
- ✅ Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English & Urdu.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- ✅ Personality & Work Ethic:
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and proactive.
- Well-organized and able to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
