Job Title: Receptionist cum Customer Care Representative

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain a visitor log and record customer inquiries.
  1. Customer Interaction & Lead Generation:
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding Sri Lankan spices, tea, and cinnamon oil.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  1. Social Media & Marketing Support:
  • Post daily updates, promotions, and advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with trade groups and directories to expand business reach.
  • Assist in running paid promotions and boosting ads when required.
  1. Database & Record Management:
  • Maintain a logbook of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.
  • Keep records of leads and follow-up schedules.
  • Update customer databases and trade directory listings.
  1. Advertising & Business Promotion:
  • Research and identify new trade groups and business networks.
  • Support online and offline advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.

Requirements

Selection Criteria:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or social media marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with business directories and trade groups is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English & Urdu.
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette.
  • Personality & Work Ethic:
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and proactive.
  • Well-organized and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
