Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trucking and logistics industry.
Build strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other industry stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Present and promote our dispatch services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry.
Strong understanding of truck dispatch operations and the logistics landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
