Female Sales Supervisor – US Construction Estimation Campaign (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Female Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise our US Construction Estimation campaign. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong business development expertise, and proven experience managing sales teams in US-based campaigns. Candidates with prior experience in construction estimation, construction services, or related industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily performance of the sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
• Monitor team KPIs, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
• Handle escalated client conversations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the US market.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure professional communication standards are maintained across the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales Supervision, Business Development, or Team Leadership.
• Proven experience working on US-based campaigns.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or professional accent.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in Construction Estimation, Construction Services, or related B2B industries will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
