Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Associate to drive sales by meeting potential customers in person and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned areas.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Matric or Intermediate
• Experience: Less than 1 year of sales experience (field sales experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for sales visits.
