Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location : Lahore Salary : PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month Fuel Allowance: Provided Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.

Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned territories to identify and develop new business opportunities. * Meet prospective and existing clients to promote the company's products and services. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. * Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the Sales Manager. * Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company standards. * Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and customer support.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Must have a valid driving licence and own a motorcycle. * Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
