Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company by developing strategies and plans for the organization's long-term financial goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial risks and opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the finance team in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance with all required regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
