Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial Department of the organization, managing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Manager will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports on variances and trends.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, including preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets. Analyze budgetary discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and working capital. Optimize liquidity and investment strategies to support business operations.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure adequate insurance coverage and internal controls.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and monitor financial staff. Provide guidance and support for their professional development.
• Strategic Advice: Offer financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and data interpretation.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in financial management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Skills:
