Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team at Search O Pal. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.

The hiring process will comprise of a series of tests and interviews. Candidate must also showcase portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and aesthetic user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript as per requirements.
Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate with frontend.
Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure that user interface designs are implemented accurately.
Test and debug code to ensure that applications are error-free and function correctly.

Requirements:

Experience with proven track record in frontend development using:

HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript
Bootstrap
React.js
Next.js
TypeScript

Ability to use variety of UI, state management and other libraries according to requirements such as Material-UI, React Query, React Table, Material React Table, Zustand, Reactstrap and others as per needed
A strong understanding of frontend development principles including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
A good aesthetic sense and creativity to create visually appealing user interfaces.
Experience in testing using Jest/Enzyme for unit tests and cypress/selenium for end-to-end testing.
Experience in Git and Version Control.
Experience in Vercel and other hosting providers.
Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience in Docker.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Rich experience to execute projects exactly according to requirements.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
