Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of PayBack’s technical development and infrastructure

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4 junior developers

- Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy and implementation

- Ensure clean, scalable, and secure code across backend and frontend

- Set and maintain the development timeline

Conduct code reviews and define best practices

Requirements:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (2-3 years experience Min.) to step in as our new CTO. This is a leadership position, you'll be taking over technical ownership and working with a team of 4 junior developers.

We’re not hiring an employee; we’re looking for a long-term partner who believes in the vision and is willing to come on board with equity. You'll lead the product roadmap, mentor the team, and make key architectural decisions.
