Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with strong expertise in PHP and WordPress backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining robust web applications, customizing WordPress (themes, plugins, APIs), and ensuring performance, scalability, and clean coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications.
• Design and implement custom WordPress plugins and backend functionalities.
• Extend and optimize WordPress core features, APIs, and database structures.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate backend logic with front-end designs.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external systems.
• Ensure security, database optimization, and performance tuning for WordPress applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong hands-on experience in WordPress backend development (custom plugins, hooks, REST API, database handling).
• Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
