We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Django and Selenium automation. The ideal candidate will work on backend development, automation testing, performance optimization, and database management while contributing to scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django

Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium

Optimize backend performance through fine-tuning and code optimization

Develop and manage APIs and background tasks

Work with both relational and NoSQL databases

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Debug, test, and improve existing systems

Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Python & Django

Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing

Solid understanding of backend performance tuning

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with MongoDB

Knowledge of RESTful APIs

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deployment and server management

Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines

Experience with unit and integration testing

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
