We are looking for a Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements and support the implementation of enterprise software solutions. The role involves configuring and customizing systems to meet organizational needs and ensuring smooth end-user adoption. Strong problem-solving, business process knowledge, and collaboration skills are essential.

Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements for software implementation projects.
Collaborate with the project team to design, configure, and customize the software to meet client needs.
Provide support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the software functions properly and meets client requirements.
Assist in training end-users on the software's functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or system errors.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in functional consulting.

Requirements:

Requirements:

ACCA, ICMA, CAand 1 to 2 years experience.
Knowledge of functional areas such as finance, sales, inventory management, or human resources.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enterprise software systems is a plus.
