We are looking for a Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements and support the implementation of enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements for software implementation projects.
• Collaborate with the project team to design, configure, and customize the software to meet client needs.
• Provide support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the software functions properly and meets client requirements.
• Assist in training end-users on the software's functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or system errors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in functional consulting.

Requirements:

• ACCA, ICMA, CAand 1 to 2 years experience.
• Knowledge of functional areas such as finance, sales, inventory management, or human resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enterprise software systems is a plus.
