Geophysicist/Geologist

Mughal Geo, a leading firm in the field of geophysical surveys for mineral exploration, is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Geophysicists/Geologists. Our projects involve a variety of geophysical techniques aimed at data acquisition for mining purposes. Join our team to embark on challenging yet rewarding fieldwork across diverse terrains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geophysical surveys using techniques such as Induced Polarization & Resistivity, Gravity, Ground Magnetic, and Electromagnetic Surveys.
• Perform data acquisition and analysis for mineral exploration.
• Operate and maintain geophysical equipment.
• Ensure accurate data collection in field conditions.

Working Conditions:

• Fieldwork in desert and hilly (mountainous) areas.
• Accommodation in company camps or private lodging, depending on location.
• Rotational job with surveys conducted in various areas.
• 100% outdoor work, involving carrying equipment weighing 30 to 40 pounds.
• Travel (by air), food, and lodging expenses covered by the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geophysics, Geology, or related field.
• Technically sound with a basic understanding of electronics.
• 2 years of experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong physical fitness, with the ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.
• Fluent in English.
