Job Description:

Websouls is seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who thrives on challenges and possesses a creative approach to design. As a Graphic Designer at Websouls, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals and contributing to various design projects, both in print and digital formats.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content on time.
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts, including product illustrations, company logos, social media posts, and video edits.
Illustrate concepts by designing mockups, considering art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval.
Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Manage design revisions, utilization, and the archive of all project artwork.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
2 - 3 years of proven experience in graphic designing for a company or agency, with demonstrable graphic design skills and a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and Filmora/Premier Pro.
Strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Video editing and animation design skills preferred.
Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving.
