HR Assistant aik aham administrative role hota hai jo Human Resources department ko daily operations mein support karta hai. Is ki zimmedariyon mein recruitment process mein madad dena (CVs screen karna, interviews schedule karna), employee records maintain karna, attendance aur leave data manage karna, aur HR policies ko implement karne mein support dena shamil hota hai. Is ke ilawa HR Assistant employees ke queries handle karta hai aur management aur staff ke darmiyan communication ko smooth banata hai. Yeh role organization ke discipline, documentation aur employee satisfaction ko maintain karne mein important kirdar ada karta hai.
