Qualifications and Skills:
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and scheduling interviews.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
Participate in the organization of company events and other HR projects.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
