Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks
• Coordinate interviews and meetings
• Provide support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Female candidate preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus
• Willingness to work onsite (Rawalpindi)
